We guarantee that the best and quality products be sold, and extreme care is taken in their packaging. However, issues can arise in transit which we have no control over.
- If the items you ordered, arrive in a damaged condition, you can request for a refund. Make sure to click a photograph of the item as soon as you receive them and email it to us immediately. We approve refund only if it the damage is notified within 10 days of receipt.
- If you have ordered the wrong product changed your mind since purchase (provided it is in a new, unused condition), you may simply return the item in 28 days and we will do the full refund.
